Hi Everyone! Ania here, I am soooo soooo sooo sorry about the lack of posts! I'm horrible about this blog thingy...Well, let's face it! I'm a procrastinator! in other words...I might take pictures, but...I never get them posted because I think about it for too long!
anywho!Yesterday was Saige's B-day! Happy late B-day sis! (We're planning on doing her a party probably next week!)

Did I tell you guys that we got a newish sister? actually...she isn't very new anymore! Lu got her in July! Gosh, it has been awhile since I've been on here!

(Late) Announcement

We are sorry to say that our fellow friend and contributor, Kanani Nora, has left the K&K blog. Nora has moved on to a different home away from Chestnut Street (where she lived) so she is no loner able to contribute here. We are very sad about this and will miss her dearly.

Pincurls!

Aloha, my friends! Today I've got a short but cool post for you. Last night, Marisa put pincurls in my hair. Pincurls are when you wrap a small piece of hair around a pencil (or other similarly shaped tool), slide the hair off, and pin it to your head. This morning we took them out and look at this!

My hair was super curly!

We used lots of bobby pins!

I love how this made y hair look! Hopefully they'll stay in for a while. Have you ever pincurled your hair? If you have, I'd love to see!

Long time no see!

Wow, we haven't posted in a while! I'm just here to catch you up on a few things going on in my household.
First of all, we got a new sister! Her name is Bristol, and guess what? She has blue hair! Here's a photo:

Sorry, I haven't gotten a picture of both of us yet! ;) I'm sure you'll see me soon... especially because it's summer and that means... BEACH TIME!!!

Spa day= Curly curls!

Hi! Kanani Nora here :) I thought I'd show you my spa day, as the results ended up being really nice! First we have these really embarrassing pictures of me:

Yikes!

Yes, my face is under there. I had 14 perm rod (from Sally's) in my hair.... and face. 

After rolling my hair, I sprayed it all over with water. Be careful with your eyes!

I decided not to steam them this time (which would make them permanent),

But I probably will eventually.

For now, I'll just have to re-curl every month or so.

After about 20 hours in curlers, and not being able to see, I finally took them out.

With the first one, I could tell my effort was worth it!

All the Gal's on Chestnut Street were jealous, I think.

I was so excited to take down the rest of them,

but I managed to be careful and remove each one slowly.

After unrolling each curl, I misted with water and wrapped around my finger.

I played with the curls a little bit, twisting, warping, and misting.
